License Issues

Lost your license key?

Email support@ltcue.app from the email address you used to purchase. We'll resend your key.

Need to transfer to a new machine?

Deactivate on your old machine first (Settings → License → Deactivate), then activate on your new machine. If you can't access your old machine, contact support.

Activation problems?

Make sure you have an internet connection. License activation requires a one-time online check. If issues persist, contact support with your license key and error message.
